Coming off a strong showing against Nancy Grace on HLN, 2 Chainz is looking to enter politics and become mayor.
Nope this isn't a joke.
In an interview with XXL, he explained that it could be an option in the future as he could lead the people of College Park, GA
.“I’m a musician, not a politician,” he said. “I’m supposed to be running for mayor in College Park. I got everybody wishing. I’m really gonna do this little mayor thing in College Park. I’m just trying to make sure I have the right qualifications.”
As for a round two of his debate against Grace, I wouldn't hold your breath because it seems like he has moved to something else.
“I moved on, man,” 2 Chainz said. “I don’t know what’s going on up there. I know I’ve been getting a lot of praise and everything. I definitely appreciate the love that came behind me.”
Would you want him to lead your city?
